Working together, Rainy River Community College and FACTS will provide you with sensible strategies for a convenient budget plan. This is not a loan program. It is a payment plan that can accomodate down payments and monthly payments.

Enrolling online is simple, secure and easy. Be sure to have the following information available to enroll:

• Your eight-digit Tech ID number as assigned by Rainy River Community College.
• The name, address, and e-mail address of the person responsible for making the payments.
• To protect your privacy, you will need to create your own unique FACTS Access Code. Please be sure it is something you can easily remember.
• Bank or credit card account information for the person responsible for payment.
