FOR ONTARIO STUDENTS ANNOUNCED!!!

RRCC is pleased to announce that beginning Fall Semester 2010 we will offer Minnesota resident tuition rates to Canadian students from Ontario, Canada. The new resident rates will make RRCC a more affordable option for Ontario students. New rates are estimated to save Ontario students approximately $1,000 per year in tuition costs!
