COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

* Complete and submit the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities
   Application for Admission

* Submit the $20 non-refundable application fee
 
* Submit official high school transcripts with official date of graduation; 
   or GED test scores

* Submit official post-secondary transcripts, if applicable

* Submit immunization records, unless born prior to 1957 or graduated
   in 1997 or thereafter from a Minnesota high school

    NOTE: Additional application materials may be required for specific career 
                and technical programs.
