The Technology Department endeavors to support, educate and serve students, faculty, and staff at Rainy River Community College with innovative technologies for use in today's world and into the futures.
* Our department strives to provide assistance for computer related problems.
* Our walk-in policy is where students, faculty, and staff can receive assistance with hardware and software issues.
* Our users can call in for computer assistance to our telephone support at 218.285.2253
* Technical Support is located in the Student Service Building, SS126.
Our Department employs trained staff to troubleshoot college related computer problems. We also employ work-study students for supplemental assistance, providing a quality working experience.
Please Note: We do not provide personal equipment repair services at our College. There are certified warranty repair centers for computers located throughout International Falls.
